Our goal is to make purchases more convenient for our customers. That’s why we provide two ways for you to pay for your purchases: by invoice or credit card. Paying with an invoice allows you to place your order, print out your own invoice and mail in your order with a check or money order.
If you prefer to use a credit card, we accept MasterCard and Visa. All credit card transactions are secured using industry-leading 128-bit encryption and fulfilled by CashNet, one of the most trusted names for online credit card transactions. Your credit card information is not stored with your personal information or order history, so you can be sure that it is secure.
Taxes and Tax-Exempt Orders
Taxes are automatically calculated on each order during checkout. All Wisconsin orders are taxed according to the customer’s zip code. If you have tax-exempt status, taxes will not be calculated with your total during checkout. You will be instructed where send the necessary documentation to prove your tax-exempt status before your order can be processed.
Tax-Exempt Status Requirements
If, during the checkout process, you indicate that you or your organization have tax-exempt status, no taxes will be calculated with your total. However, if yours is a tax-exempt organization based in Wisconsin, you will need to mail or fax a copy of your Wisconsin Sales & Use Tax Certificate of Tax-Exempt Status (CES).

This applies only to tax-exempt organizations in Wisconsin. Tax is not assessed on any orders made outside of Wisconsin.

To cancel an order before it has shipped, simply complete this form. You can also reach Customer Service during normal business hours by calling (608) 263-3259 or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE: Once an item is shipped, you can no longer cancel the order and should instead follow the Return Policy below.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, click here.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery;
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap);
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing any parts.
Shipping & Handling
A flat rate of 5% of your total purchase (before taxes) is charged for shipping and handling for each order. If all of the items in your order are free, then no shipping and handling charges are assessed.
NOTE: The 5% flat rate applies to orders shipped within the U.S. or Canada. Orders shipped outside the U.S. or Canada may be subject to additional shipping & handling fees.
