This report describes how to compost fish wastes. It is based on a series of laboratory tests and field trials conducted by UW scientists on the feasibility and reliability of composting fish wastes with other readily available organic materials (wood chips, staw, bark and tree leaves) as a cost-effective and environmentally acceptable option for disposing of fish wastes.
