How has cleaning up the Sheboygan River Area of Concern (AOC) affected the economy of the area?

After the cleanup of the Sheboygan River AOC was completed in June 2013, a survey of fisherman in that area was made. This is a summary of that survey, including economic impact and how environmental changes to the area were perceived.
