This report highlights some of UW Sea Grant’s accomplishments in building a better Great Lakes ecosystem, aquaponics—aquaculture plus plants grown symbiotically, lake monitoring to increase water safety, coastal bluff erosion and hazards, reaching out to young minds and more. It also includes statistics on students supported by Wisconsin Sea Grant, key staff, funding allocation charts and lists of partners, publications and awards.

UW Sea Grant is a statewide program of research, outreach and education for the protection and sustainable use of our Great Lakes. It is part of a nationwide network of Sea Grant programs.
